Our coaching programmes focus on enabling self-actualisation, based around the concept of who you are and who you want to become. As opposed to a standard method or technique, a personal programme is delivered, adapted to the client’s individual needs.

PAPI 3 is a well-established work related assessment tool which explores motivation and behaviour in the workplace.  We use PAPI 3 as a developmental tool to explore an individual’s behavourial preferences at work. The focus is on understanding the individual, their needs and what they consider to be important. PAPI 3 is ideal for use as part of a coaching programme and also in personal development planning.


In addition, PAPI 3 can be used for team building workshops, change management programs and as a valuable recruitment aide. 


After completing the assessment participants will receive a 1-2-1 feedback session and a personalised feedback report.
